It's time to start fresh with a new image. This account will now serve as an archive of my older art. Thank you for joining me on this journey. Now on to the next chapter of my life!

So lately, I've been thinking about leaving this account behind and starting a brand new one for the upcoming year. I've had this account for over 8 years, so of course, I have lots of saved content and favorites here. However, one thing I noticed is that even though I have been posting new art, people are still seeing and faving most of my old fanart that involve the Totally Spies. People are still asking for that type of art even though I have been moving on to other things. Don't get me wrong, I still love the spies. I just don't want to be known for drawing the spies as if it's the only subject I draw. Check out my newer works and you will not find them there unless I was paid to do so. I don't want to say I'll never draw them again because I will love them forever and maybe some days I'll feel like drawing them for my own pleasure. But I don't want them to be the only subject getting the spotlight and being commissioned.

I want to start a new account with new content and step away from the old. I understand fanart is great for attracting fans and followers, but I also want to create original work because it's fun and I get to show a piece of me. My style has changed over the years and so has my taste in content. Totally Spies will always have a place in my heart, but I don't want to be known only for them. I want to share my new content with you guys and grow with you as well.

I want to know what you guys think. Do you think it's a good idea for me to start a new account? I would keep this one open because it has a lot of my old work, but I wouldn't be updating this account anymore.

I can't do polls because I need core membership. So I'm doing a journal. Please help me choose between dress 1 and 2 for this illustration I'm making for the holidays. I want to finish this before the weekend, so I'll only take votes until tomorrow. Comment below or on the deviation page, which one you would like to see me draw!

This journal is long overdue. As a professional artist, I must earn money in order to pay bills and necessary things for survival. I"m seeking your help people of DA. I have been on this site for many years now. It was so much easier to connect and gain followers back then because I would always be on and posting something. Now with the rise of other social media, I feel like I'm a ghost here. Can anyone understand this feeling?

I miss DA and I want to be alive again. I know it's mostly my fault for forgetting about DA most of the time. Every now and then I come back and find people still put my work in their faves and it feels nice. But I want more interaction. In order to do that, I must be more active on the site.

Do you guys have suggestions on what kind of activities I can do to interact with you all? I've never hosted a contest before, but would you be interested in things like that? Maybe I should do a poll. What do you guys think?
